I’ve sat here today to tell you a story, not of alien invasion, or science fiction, but of the reality that plagues the city of San José, California, with such unbearable havoc, that I am forced to write this letter from the safety of my Fallout Shelter, which has one inch thick, bullet proof glass all around.
